Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases from UnitedTechs, a trade name of D Bell Holdings, L.L.C., a Louisiana limited liability company ("we," "us").

1. What you're buying

You're buying a license to use Auto Voice ID software under the End User License Agreement (EULA) shown when you first run the program. You're not buying the software itself. The EULA controls if it conflicts with these terms.

2. License

Each purchase covers one person, one computer, and the one radio model named in the edition. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing copies isn't allowed. Each copy carries a unique serial number tied to the purchase.

3. Price and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout.

4. Delivery

The software is delivered electronically by email after payment. If it doesn't arrive within 24 hours, contact us through our contact form.

5. Operator responsibility

Auto Voice ID assists with station identification. The licensed control operator remains fully responsible for complying with FCC rules, including 47 CFR §97.119, and for the safe operation of their station.

6. No warranty

The software is provided "as is," to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or work with every setup.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the software is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
