Refund Policy

We want Auto Voice ID to work for you. If it doesn't work with your radio and computer and we can't fix the problem, we'll refund you.

• 14-day refund window. Contact us through the contact form (choose "Refund request") within 14 days of purchase with your order number and serial number. The serial is on the program's About tab.
• Troubleshooting first. We'll ask a few questions, because most problems are a setting such as the radio's CI-V address. If we can't get it working, you get a full refund.
• Wrong edition. If you bought the wrong radio edition, we'll refund you or switch you to the right one when it's available.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Your license is deactivated after a refund.
