What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email address, and order details. We use them to deliver your license, provide support, keep business and tax records, and contact you about your purchase.
• Payment: Stripe processes your card, and we never receive your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• When you email us: whatever you include in your message.

The software

The current version of Auto Voice ID doesn't send any data from your computer. If we add online license activation later, it will send only your serial number, an anonymous installation ID, and the edition, and we'll update this policy first.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as payment processing and email, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by writing to us through our contact form. We keep purchase records as long as tax law requires.
